About the Early Years Campus
Bonnybridge Early Years Campus is located at Bonnybridge Primary School. It provides early learning and childcare for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years. The nursery is open all year round from 8:00am to 6:00pm, with the exception of bank holidays and inservice days.
The campus offers flexible attendance patterns to meet the needs of parents in work or in further education.

We cater for term time places and extended day places. We have a baby room, 2 year old room with eligible 2s and extended day 2s and a 3-5 room with up to 40/40 term time nursery class places and an additional 16 extended day places.
Term Time Nursery Class Allocation
The term time nursery classes times are highlighted below:
Morning - Drop Off 8.30-8.55am (flexible drop off) / Pick Up 11.40am
Afternoon - Drop Off 12.20pm / Pick Up 3.05-3.30pm (flexible pick up)
Parents/Carers can apply for a nursery place at any time after the child's second birthday. A child in his/her ante-pre-school year will be eligible for entry to nursery education after the child's third birthday on three agreed dates. These dates have been set by the Scottish Executive Education Department and are:-
- for entry in the autumn term (August), children born from 1 March to 31 August;
- for entry in the spring term (January), children born from 1 September to 31 December;
- for entry in the summer term (April), children born from 1 January to 28 February.
Please note allocations for catchment children will be completed in May. Those who are due to start in January and April will also have their place allocated then so please submit applications early so a place can be kept for them.
Application forms can be collected from the school office or downloaded online. Applications should be handed into or posted to the school office / campus.
Pupils will be allocated dates for a visit, induction and official start before they begin nursery. Parents must remain with their children for the visit and induction.
Uniform is not compulsory, although it is very popular at Bonnybridge Campus. Pupils should wear loose comfortable clothing and soft indoor shoes. Parents wishing to purchase a uniform can order directly from the school or visit the Trutext shop on Vical Street, Falkirk. The nursery reguarly make use of the outdoors therefore it is important that pupils are dressed appropriately for the weather that day;
Sunny- Hat, cool clothes, sun cream applied, sunglasses
Wet- Waterproof jacket, wellington boots
Frosty- Warm Jacket, hat, scarf, gloves
